Target’s popular Car Seat Trade-In Event is back for 2026, giving families a chance to recycle an old car seat and save on new baby gear.
The event runs September 20 through October 3, 2026.
During the event, bring an old car seat to a participating Target store and drop it in the designated collection box. Scan the barcode on the box through the Target app to receive a 20% off Target Circle Bonus toward a qualifying baby gear purchase.
