Ulta Beauty and Target have announced they will end their popular shop-in-shop partnership in August 2026. Since launching in 2021, this collaboration brought over 600 Ulta Beauty mini-stores inside Target locations, giving shoppers easy access to prestige beauty brands, exclusive products, and combined rewards through Ulta Beauty Rewards and Target Circle. Over the next year, both retailers will continue offering this in-store and online experience at Target.com, ensuring customers can still stock up on their favorite beauty essentials. After the partnership ends, Ulta Beauty will launch its new Ulta Beauty Marketplace, an online platform featuring an expanded assortment of brands, while Target plans to grow its curated beauty selection with private-label lines and exciting new launches. This marks a major shift in the beauty retail landscape as both brands focus on future growth and innovation.
