- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and sufficient information for us to locate that material on the Website.

- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the material is unauthorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

Failure to include all required information may result in an ineffective DMCA Notice. Please be aware that if you knowingly submit a false claim of infringement, you may be held liable for damages, including legal fees, under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
Counter-Notification Procedures
If you believe that your content was mistakenly removed or disabled due to a misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification (“Counter Notice”) to our designated agent. The Counter Notice must include the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or to which access was disabled, including the location where the material was previously available.
- Your contact information, including your full name, postal address, phone number, and email address if available.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of error or misidentification.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district of your address, or if you reside outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Mama Deals LLC may be found, and your agreement to accept service of process from the original complainant or their agent.
Upon receiving a valid Counter Notice, we may restore the material within ten business days unless the original complainant notifies us of a court action seeking to restrain your use of the disputed material.
Please be advised that knowingly submitting a false Counter Notice may also subject you to liability for damages under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
